Welcome to Perfect Touch Studios. This document is a legal agreement between you and our salon, located at 900 E Pulaski HWY, Elkton, Maryland 21921. By using our website or booking a service at our studio, you agree to follow these Terms & Conditions. We created these rules to ensure that every client receives professional, high-quality care in a safe and welcoming environment. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please contact us or refrain from using our services.
Service & Booking Terms
